07.11.2013 World Cup 2014 Special Rules available
The IOF Council has approved the Special Rules for World Cup 2014. The main change in the Special Rules is that all competitions will count for the overall World Cup standings. World Cup 2014 will consist of 14 competitions and 5 rounds.

Several national federations have developed web-based IT services for managing events, entries, results and reporting. These services have made competition organising more efficient and of better quality. The IOF has decided to investigate the possibility to purchase similar services, based on the requirements identified by the IOF.

31.10.2013 New Competition Rules published
New editions of the IOF Competition Rules for all four disciplines are now available. The new rules for ski orienteering will be valid from 1 December 2013 while the rules for foot, MTB and trail orienteering will be valid from 1 January 2014.
