IOF sets up new disciplinary panel

During the IOF Council digital meeting on March 4, it was decided to set up a disciplinary panel and the remits of the panel was approved as well.

The new panel has been given several permanent tasks, eg. ruling upon competition rules violations when no Event Jury is active, dealing with appeals to Event Jury decisions and catalogue and review complaints and protests lodged at IOF events with the purpose of suggesting updates to rules, guidelines, and educational material.

The panel is to consist of experienced IOF Senior Event Advisers, Jury Members and rules experts with no conflicting event duties.

Øivind Hold (NOR) was appointed as chairperson of the panel and in addition three members was appointed.
